To solve the problem of unemployment, it is necessary to first effectively control population growth. Small-cottage industries and agriculture-based handicrafts should be promoted. Education should be such that it provides the ability for self-employment and management. The present system of reservation for jobs in the country should be abolished and priority should be given to merit. By making revolutionary changes in the education system, the youth should be made self-reliant. Corruption, selfishness, and corrupt politics prevalent in the governance system should be curbed. Means of employment should be increased in a planned manner.
